Drive Cover Digest SMS Program

The program is operated by Drive Cover Digest, a DBA of Coverage Key Auto LLC.

Program description

The Drive Cover Digest SMS Program sends two separate types of text messages to subscribers who opt in: account notifications about a subscriber's own signup and message preferences, and recurring marketing messages about new vehicle coverage reference guides and site announcements from Drive Cover Digest. Each type has its own consent checkbox, and neither is required to use this website.

The program is informational only. It does not send quotes, premium estimates, eligibility results, carrier or provider comparisons, referrals, appointment requests, or sales outreach, and it does not connect subscribers with agents or third parties.

Message categories

• Account Notifications: Up to 4 messages per month.
• Marketing: Up to 6 messages per month.

Each category requires its own separate consent. Selecting one category does not enroll you in the other.

Opt-in method

You join by submitting the opt-in form on /subscribe or /notes and checking the consent box for each category you want. Consent boxes are unchecked by default. A phone number submitted without a checked SMS consent box is never treated as consent, and consent is never bundled with Terms acceptance, email signup, or any other permission.

Message frequency

Account notifications send up to 4 messages per month. The ownership checklists and document-review reminders category sends up to 2 messages per month. Frequency varies within those limits based on publishing schedule.

Message and data rates

Msg and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message in a program to cancel that program. You will receive a single opt-out confirmation message for that program, and no further messages in it will be sent unless you opt in again through the opt-in form. You can also email help@drivecoverdigest.com to be removed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the authorized user or account holder of the mobile number you submit. Carrier support and device capability are required to receive messages.

Privacy

Information collected through the opt-in form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the consent records we keep to document when and how you opted in.

Mobile opt-in data policy

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms as the program changes. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and continuing to receive messages after an update means the updated terms apply.
